What kind of digital products can I sell on Kavieo?+
Any file under 4MB per upload (chunked uploads supported for larger files): ebooks, PDFs, Notion templates, design assets, audio packs, video files, presets, code samples, prompts, and bundles.
How does delivery work after a buyer pays?+
Buyer is auto-emailed a secure download link the moment Razorpay or Stripe confirms the payment. The link is single-buyer scoped and rotates if abused.
Is there a marketplace fee like Gumroad?+
Kavieo charges a flat platform fee — 5% on Free, 3% on Builder, 2% on Seller, 1% on Studio. There is no separate transaction fee on top. Razorpay/Stripe charges their own gateway fee, which goes to them, not us.
Do I get the buyer's email and contact?+
Yes. Every buyer becomes a contact in your CRM the second they pay. You can tag, segment, and run automations against them. They are your customer, not Kavieo's.
Can I sell to international buyers?+
