Shipping (April 2026).
Kavieo's main work item this month is the SEO and content infrastructure — building out the programmatic landing-page surface (kavieo.com/sell, /for, /alternatives, /learn), the founder cluster (kavieo.com/founder), the blog (kavieo.com/blog), and the long-tail glossary + tools stack. The bet is that Kavieo's natural fit for creator searches should compound over the next 6–12 months as Google indexes the surface.
Designing.
The Kavieo dashboard is moving to a refined editorial style — Inter + Fragment Mono, white + ink + neon-lime palette, glass-cube ambient elements, scroll-tilt animation on the hero mockup. Same spirit as the landing page. The shift is from 'looks like Stripe Dashboard 2020' to 'feels like a magazine that runs your business'.
Reading.
Mostly product updates from competitors (Skool, Circle, Teachable, Kajabi) — what they ship, what they price, what they retire. Plus the IndieHackers daily digest, Stratechery, and the Kavieo customer support inbox. The customer inbox is the highest-signal source of any of these.
Lumecc side.
Lumecc is on a low-volume, high-margin retainer model. April's open client work is paid-media for two creator brands plus a CRO audit for an Indian D2C ecommerce shop. Priyanshu still personally owns the strategy on each Lumecc engagement.
