1. Overview
At Kavieo, we want you to be satisfied with every purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are available for digital products sold through the Platform and for Kavieo subscription plans. Our goal is to be fair to both creators and buyers while maintaining a trustworthy marketplace.
2. Digital Products — 30-Day Guarantee
Buyers of digital products sold through Kavieo are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the product has not been substantially consumed or downloaded in its entirety. To qualify, the buyer must submit a refund request with a brief explanation. Creators may also set their own refund windows (shorter or longer than 30 days) in their product settings. If a creator has specified a custom refund policy, that policy takes precedence for their products.
3. Subscriptions — Prorated Refunds
If you cancel your Kavieo subscription plan, you may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing cycle. Refunds are calculated based on the number of remaining days in the billing period. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 60 days. After 60 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you will retain access until the end of your billing period.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at contact@kavieo.com with your order ID, the email address associated with your account, and a brief reason for the refund. For digital product refunds, please include the product name and date of purchase. Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
6. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in the following cases: the product was purchased more than 30 days ago (unless the creator offers a longer window); the digital product has been fully downloaded or consumed; the buyer has violated Kavieo's Terms of Service; the refund request is determined to be fraudulent or abusive. Kavieo reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
